BEAUTIFUL WARIBASHI KOGAI

This is a fine waribashi kogai (split chopsticks kogai). It is made of shakudo and silver. The silver design is very well executed and deeply inlaid into the shakudo base. The length of this set is about 8 inches or 20.3cm. The width at the base is just under 1/2 inch or 1.3 cm. They are in excellent condition and date to the Edo Era. They come in a wooden box.
