INTERESTING SHAKUDO MENUKI

This is a well carved and interesting pair of shakudo menuki. The subject matter is pretty common, i.e. shishi lion dogs; however the way they are carved is very unusual. Instead of the normal pose we always find, these shishi are frolicking and rolling around on their backs. Very unusual and interesting. They are very well carved and the shakudo is dark and rich. Best of all, they are CHEAP!
