WAKIZASHI BY OMI DAIJO TADAHIRO
This ia a very nice wakizashi by the Nidai Tadahiro. It is in excellent condition with a fresh polish and a new shirasaya. It measures 17 3/8 inches or 44.2 cm. The hada is typical Hizen hada of a very tight ko-itame which is known as konuka hada. The hamon is a narrow suguba as is typical of most Hizen blades by this smith.
