LARGE AND EXQUISITE FUCHI AND KASHIRA

This is a very large and beautiful set of fuchi and kashira. The work is done in shibuichi with shakudo, copper, silver, and gold used to create the masterful artwork. The design is that of Mount Fuji rising above golden clouds on the kashira. Fuji is done in a dark and rich shakudo with the snow capped peak done in silver. The fuchi has a pine forest rising up below golden clouds. The tree trunks and branches are done in copper and the foliage is done in shakudo.

As noted this is a large set with the kashira measuring 3.8 cm by 2 cm or 1 1/2 inches by 13/16 inches. The fuchi is 4.2 cm by 2.6 cm or 1 11/16 inches by 1 inch. The condition of this set is perfect.
