On the black lacquered background, one side has a beautiful

landscape scene of trees, mountains and houses done in Makie.

On other side, a kamon (family crest) is painted together with a karakusa pattern

in gold makie.

The remainder of the stand has a karakusa pattern done in gold color Makie.

This sword stand is in wonderful condition and will hold three swords.
